CNC MILLING, 3D PRINTING & LASER ENGRAVING

By enabling the automated manufacture of objects from a draft or drawing, digital cutting technology provides a unique and fast way to achieve dynamic build and sculptural assets. Our CNC milling, laser engraving, and wet-jet cutting machines operate within extremely precise tolerances to ensure the highest quality to flawlessly bring your project to life.

With computer numeric control (CNC), we can cut a myriad of materials including plywood, MDF, solid wood, foam, acrylics, plastics, metals, leather, fabrics, and more. The computer automation of all major operations of production increases speed and the quality of manufacturing—and ultimately saves money and material.

INSTALLATION & STORAGE

Our build ethics always include a thoughtful consideration of how elements will breakdown for transit and installation. 

Ideally we will send our team to personally install your project, ensuring that all deliverables are precisely realized as intended and on-time for showtime. Not only do we have important insight into the structural elements we have built for you, we have expert rigging capabilities and experience. We can strike and store any enduring materials and if instead disposal is required, we will responsibly dispose of anything that we cannot donate, up-cycle, or recycle

If our team is not commissioned for install, we will wrap, pack, custom crate, and transport or ship your project pieces with care. If appropriate, our build team will create a step-by-step installation guide to accompany all build elements for your install team.

POP-UPS & MOBILE ACTIVATIONS

We have a fleet of modified vehicles that can serve as pop-up shops, mobile bars, outdoor festival outposts, and temporary event stages. We can make custom mobile showrooms, parade floats, trailer bars, and art cars to suit any budget and any aesthetic to serve you outdoor event structure and social distancing needs.

ARCH understands how to activate a small space in a big way. We grew into this business making art cars and trailer bars—we can modify vehicles and trailers to create a show-stopping, on-brand pop-up experience or parade float, a memorable bar for your wedding or special event. We are experts in transforming trailers, flatbeds and containers into creative shelters for outdoor festivals and events. We can even produce a touring expedition for a multi-city mobile activation.
