An oversized toy world built at human scale — precision foam and CNC work where every edge had to look injection-molded.
01 — The Sketch
The Sketch
Brick geometry is unforgiving: viewers know exactly what a stud, a tube, and a chamfer should look like. We modeled the set digitally first, locking radii and proportions before a single block of foam hit the CNC bed.
02 — The Sweat
The Sweat
High-density foam machined in three axes, seamed, hard-coated, and sprayed to a factory-plastic sheen. Color matching to brand standards under broadcast lighting was its own discipline — glossy, saturated, and flawless at macro distance.

03 — The Reveal
